How eventpowwow works.

Step 1

We start by designing your app and microsite templates for you – making sure that they match your corporate ID, and look great on a mobile, PC, laptop and tablet.

Step 2

You drop in the content using our simple CMS. Cleverly, it updates your app and microsite at the same time.

And don’t worry if you have existing registration, email or online systems, eventpowwow can integrate with them fully.

Here’s just some of the content you can include:

    Give your delegates everything they need to know about your event.

  • Register


    Delegates can register for individual events using the app or the microsite. They only need to do this once as the app and microsite are fully synchronised. We are also flexible enough to integrate with your own registration system.

  • Agenda


    Each event lists the seminars available. Users can also see the seminar and speaker details, as well as access additional tools associated with a seminar.

  • Notes


    During a seminar, users can make notes that are organised into a handy MyNotes section that they can look at and share later.

  • Location


    eventpowwow has Google maps integration, so you can include the location of your event simply by adding a postcode.

  • Reviews


    Delegates can review each seminar, providing you with vital feedback for your next event.

  • Floor plan


    Show where seminars are going to take place, and where exhibitors are, with a detailed floorplan.

  • Keynotes


    Promote your keynote seminars in their own dedicated section.

  • Speakers


    Each seminar speaker can have their own profile page, with an image and biog.

  • Exhibitors


    Create profiles for third party exhibitors.

  • Sponsors


    As well as there being a dedicated area for event sponsors, you can also sell banner ads on the app and microsite. It’s a great way for sponsors and exhibitors to promote themselves, and the app could even pay for itself.

    Keep delegates involved after the event with presentations, whitepapers and other materials.

Step 3

If this is the first event we will need to submit to the iOS and Google Play app stores.

Once you have a live app and you’re happy with your event content, you can make the microsite and event live in your app within 30 seconds.

Step 4

Before handing everything over for you to manage, we take you through the CMS. So if you need to make changes or upload materials, you can do so in seconds.

To make things even easier, any changes you make are published to the native app and microsite at the same time.

Most people get the hang of the CMS in about 10 minutes. And we’re always at the end of a phone or email if you get stuck. (Alternatively, we could manage the whole thing for you.)
